-How do I order cookies?
Please fill out a Cookie Request form under the Order tab, and I will email you to confirm your design, the date availability, and pricing. Please be as detailed as possible in the order details, including any ideas or photos to describe the cookie designs you are looking for. You can send me Pinterest photos, Instagram photos, or even the invitation to your event for inspiration. I will not copy someone else's cookies exactly, but I will work with you to design cookies that will be perfect for your event.
-HOW MUCH DO COOKIES COST?
Cookies are sold by the dozen, and cost varies on the complexity and size of the cookies you are ordering. Cookies start at $60/dozen, with a two dozen minimum order. After I receive your cookie request, I will contact you to discuss your personalized cookie sets, and any pricing adjustments will be discussed by email.
-When should I order my Cookies?
It's never too early to submit your order! I fill up quickly, especially around holidays, so it's best to get your order in early. All cookie orders should be submitted at least two weeks before your event. If you want to check availability within a two week time frame, send me an email using the Contact Me page. You should plan to pickup your order the Friday before your event. If your date is unavailable on the Request Cookies page, I am fully booked.
-What flavor cookies can I order?
Regular flavors are: Classic Almond, Dark Chocolate, or Brown Butter Vanilla. You can choose ONE flavor per order.
All icing is Butter & Vanilla flavored.
I currently do not offer Gluten- Free Cookies.
-How do I pay for my cookies?
After I have approved your cookie request, I will Send you an Invoice for your cookies. Payment is due in full when you receive your invoice. I will not start making your cookies until payment has been processed. After I have started your cookies I cannot offer refunds or make changes to your order.
-How do I Get my cookies?
Per state of Washington Cottage Food Regulations I cannot mail/ship any cookies under any circumstances. Pickup is always the Friday before your cookie event. I will give you tips to keep your cookies fresh until your event at pickup. Pickup times and locations will be sent with your invoice.
